In July of 2011, the province opened the doors of Developmental Services Ontario (DSO)
This important step in the Developmental Service Transformation marks a new way for individuals and families to access MCSS funded adult developmental services in Ontario.

In addition, we want to make it as simple as possible for you to find out about the services we offer. By contacting the Systems Manager in the district nearest you, we will be able to work together to find out the next best steps for you or your loved one.
Each district office works with the local DSO that processes new applications for services. We are here to help you walk through the application process and assist you with your current situation. Our ability to support a person with special needs is determined on an individual basis and depends on whether those needs can be met with available resources.
