Getting Services
At Christian Horizons, we want to make it as simple as possible for you to find out about the services we offer. By contacting the Systems Manager in the district nearest you, we will be able to work together to find out the next best steps for you or your loved one.
Each district office works with a central intake agency that processes new applications for services. We are here to help you walk through the application process and assist you with your current situation. Our ability to support a person with special needs is determined on an individual basis and depends on whether those needs can be met with available resources.
