TEMPORARY (Approx. 12 weeks) QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT-

SUMMER STUDENT POSITION

Duties: Christian Horizons, Corporate Office is currently recruiting applicants for a summer student Quality Assurance Assistant.  The student will have the opportunity to gain from a variety of experiences including program visits and assessments, data collection, data analysis, research and development into new initiatives (e.g. education resources for people supported), report writing, and learning and experience in the field of developmental disabilities and social services.

Requirements: Funded through Service Canada, the student will work 32 hours a week for 12 weeks, standard office hours. Applicants should be university students, in a relevant field of study, have been registered as a full-time student during the past academic year and intend to return to full-time studies during the next academic year.  Experience working with people with a disability is an asset.  This position is open to relatives and friends of CH employees and members of local churches.
