Honouring Noel

Friday Feb.9th was the date of an exciting event hosted by the East District of Christian Horizons. A three course pasta dinner, entertainment provided by a Bluegrass Band as well as the Hallelujah Gospel Chorus, a nail-biter of a Silent Auction and great door prizes were all on the bill. We even had the honour of celebrating Noel Churchman's contribution to Christian Horizons that evening.

The room, decorated with red and white, looked quite classy.
Roses and candles adorned the tables and dinner was served by volunteers dressed in black and white.

Friends, Entertainment and Fun

Through generous donations from corporate sponsors in cash donations or gift donations which went towards the Silent Auction, over $4,500.00 was raised for camp sponsorship in Ontario and in developing countries.

After such a rousing success, plans are in the works for next year's event.
