Catching the Vision

The management and staff of Christian Horizons are committed to Vision 2012,
our four-year strategic plan. Vision 2012 encourages our organization and
its leaders to reach beyond the status quo as we strive to bring more
meaning, purpose and inclusion into the lives of the people we support.


The plan focuses organizational efforts on four strategic priorities:

• Being accountable for exceptional services
• Driving service innovation
• Advancing talent development
• Creating strategic and sustainable growth

While our day-to-day work centres on serving the person with exceptional
needs, our strategic plan focuses on over-arching initiatives that will
strengthen our people and processes to result in better services overall.
Vision 2012 sets long-term goals and establishes a framework to help us
build for the future as we continue building an organization that responds
to the call every day.
