As Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer leads our Human Resources, Leadership Development and Workplace Learning Departments. Through Jennifer’s dedication to seeing employees being empowered to provide amazing supports and services, the 3600 employees of Christian Horizons can continue to passionately serve people who experience disabilities. 

Jennifer came to Christian Horizons in 2009 as a Human Resources Manager. In 2011 she was successful in the role of Director of Human Resources and in 2015 Jennifer was appointed the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Jennifer brings a strong background in Human Resources to the role with an emphasis on employee wellness, satisfaction and engagement.
